Warranty/Returns Policy

We follow global warranties for all the brands we carry, part of the processing requirements are:
- Incident report (english)
- Picture of the whole item
- Picture of affected area
- Serial number (for bikes)
- Proof of purchase

and email to sales.rdcycles@gmail.com.
